Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Andrew moved to Waterloo just as he started elementary school. He grew up in the Beechwood community and has now lived with his wife and two boys in several parts of the region.
With over 15 years of real estate experience, Andrew is well-versed in the marketing and communication tactics needed to sell your home. Andrew’s success has earned him numerous industry awards and given him the opportunity to train other real estate sales representatives in his verified marketing strategies. Kim is a Wilfrid Laurier University alumnus with 20 years of experience in marketing and copywriting. During this time, she worked with clients like Canadian Cancer Society, UNICEF, Interac and World Vision Canada to help develop their brands and promote their programs. Now, Kim works alongside Andrew to ensure properties get noticed and our clients are supported throughout the entire process.
As Andrew is often away from the office showing houses and negotiating sales, Kim is available anytime to answer questions and help complete transactions. Andrew and Kim always work together — professionally, to ensure communication is seamless and efficient; and personally, as they’ve been married for over 20 years and are raising their two children together.
